Weststar holds Daimler global training for passenger cars.

Weststar Associates Limited, in collaboration with Daimler AG have over the years partnered in bringing the best of Mercedes-Benz to Nigeria. Our dedicated work goes from getting the right personnel, to positioning our business in easily accessible locations, to providing Mercedes-Benz vehicles that suit the terrain and the preference of our customer base and last but not the least, training our employees and dealers to ensure that they remain updated with the latest Mercedes-Benz technology. This strategy over the years, has ensured that the Mercedes-Benz technician qualification benchmark for its authorized workshops in Nigeria is fulfilled.

In July, we held our annual Mercedes-Benz Aftersales Passenger Cars Global Training for 2019 with participants from Weststar Authorized Mercedes-Benz dealerships including; MB Automobile Services Limited, Skymit Motors Limited, Barbedos Cars Limited, Sunny Motors and Tetralog Nigeria Limited. They had sessions on On-Board Electrical and Bus Systems, Diagnosis and repair for All-Wheel Drive Systems, Convenience Systems and Telecommunications as well as other modules.

This training, facilitated by Mr. Ben Ahmed Hosni, a seasoned International Technical Trainer with close to 5 years’ experience working with ‘Mercedes-Benz Consulting’ was supervised by the Service Manager - Mr. Abdulquari Ligali, at the Weststar Associates Limited premises.
