Job Opening for the position of Sales Executive (Abuja)

Job Summary 

Weststar Associates Limited requires a passionate, energetic and motivated Sales Executive in our Abuja branch, who thrives within a lively sales environment and wishes to develop their sales career. The Sales Executive would be required to build and promote Mercedes – Benz products (passenger cars and commercial vehicles) of the Company and at the same time maintain relationship with customers. You will be the key point of contact for our customers who are buying Mercedes – Benz vehicles. 

Responsibilities

 • Sourcing for new customers while maintaining the existing client base. 
• Responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
 • Assists supervisor in negotiation and finalising a sale. 
• Inform customers of the different models of vehicles by explaining the features in the vehicles. 
• Understands the Mercedes-Benz brand and is able to contribute positively to the team. 
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
 • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with potential customers. 
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
 • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information. 
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the products. 
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 • Configuration of trucks and make offers to customers.

 Requirements 

• A bachelor degree, preferably in a science discipline such as Engineering or Computer Science. 
• 3-4 years’ working experience in a related field. 
• Enhanced customer service skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends. 
• Negotiation and pricing skills. 
• Analytical, problem solving and technical skills.
 • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
